Unclosed lists in quotes are closed twice

I think I found a bug:
1) type in quick reply:

Code: [Select]

[quote][list][li]something[/li][/quote]

2) hit preview and the text is converted to:

Code: [Select]

[quote][list][li]something[/li][/list][/quote][/list]

note: two closing list, one within the quote and one at the end of the message.

Does it on my local as well .... something to look into
