Default Guest & User New Options unable to change (1.1)

For this:
Configure guest and new user options for this theme (4 options currently set.)

Whenever you change something, it simply doesn't save it.

For example, I'm trying to change Sunday to Monday for the start calendar day.

But it simply won't save, and each time it will reset back to 4 options only.
